About Us
Tyson Rhoad
Tyson started Ohio Boat Transport and Logistics after a long career in the marine industry. Starting in high school, he painted boat bottoms and worked the fuel docks at the local marina. Soon after college he went back to a marine dealer on Lake Erie and began his career in detailing, fiberglass repair, general boat repair, and then slowly moving into a logistics management role. During his time as the logistics manager for a top dealer in the country, he found his passion in boat transportation and logistics planning. He went on to get his commercial drivers license, then soon after, his 100 Ton Near Coastal USCG Captains license. He currently resides in Ohio with his wife Rachelle and two children.
